Dr Federica Amati holds a PhD in Clinical Medicine Research from Imperial College London and is a registered nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition. She is actively involved in nutrition, public health and mental wellbeing research at Imperial College London; and cardiometabolic health and COVID-19 and nutrition research with NNedPro, a global institute for food, nutrition and health.
She holds clinics for her clients both virtually and in person in central London. She focuses on improving overall dietary quality following the principles of a Mediterranean Diet to optimise gut microbiome function and harness long-term benefits to improve health. Alongside her research and private client consultations she teaches Nutrition to Imperial College medical students, works in science communications for ZOE, and consults for brands who are looking to make a big change through nutrition.
